FOUNDATION’S TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY


What does this warranty cover?

Foundation stands by all of its watches with a two-year limited warranty. Our watches are warranted against mechanical failure in the course of normal use due to material defects. This warranty includes components of the movement and steel watchcase.


What does this warranty not cover?

This warranty becomes null and void if the watch is tampered with, disassembled or repaired by anyone other than Foundation. The warranty does not include the strap, buckle, watch finish, battery, crystal or crown. The warranty only covers defects that were present in the manufacturing of the watch, and does not cover any incidental damage or breakage arising from any use of the watch.


What is the period of this warranty?

The warranty on your Foundation watch is effective for two years from the date of purchase. In order to receive service and warranty repairs, you must provide the proof of purchase or warranty card that came with the watch.


What will we do to correct problems?

Foundation will either repair or replace — at our discretion — your defective watch with the same or a comparable model. Foundation will refund the purchase price of a defective watch if repair or replacement is not feasible.


How do you get service?

If you have a Foundation Watch in need of warranty repair, please email customerservice@foundationwatches.com to initiate your claim. Please include your name, the watch model, date of purchase and a note explaining the manufacturing defect present in the watch.

A reasonable shipping and handling fee may be required if shipment of the defective watch becomes necessary.
